The Heart Behind Good Portion Provisions

Mothers deserve to be strengthened, restored, and deeply nourished as they grow, birth, and recover in the sacred work of motherhood

Anita Parr-Mull

Smiling woman sitting on a sofa holding a white mug, wearing a beige sweater, with a white wall in the background.

As the founder of Good Portion Provisions and a follower of Jesus, I feel deeply called to care for women during pregnancy and the postpartum season through intentional, restorative nourishment.

For several years I have walked through infertility; a journey that, while difficult, has also been deeply transformative.

It was through this season that the Father drew me to Jesus in a profound way, pruning my heart and teaching me what it means to receive His love. What began as a season of longing became a place of deep gratitude as the Lord reshaped my heart and revealed a calling to care for mothers.

From that place of transformation; learning first to receive from Jesus, a desire to nourish and serve other women began to grow.

The meals I prepare are a small, tangible way of sharing the love the Lord has poured into my own life. Through food, care, and presence, I seek to extend that love to the mothers and families I serve.

For more than six years, I have been studying pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care, drawn to the beauty and sacredness of this season in a woman's life.

You deserve to be strengthened, restored, and deeply nourished as you grow, birth, and recover in the sacred work of motherhood.
